Shipping and Handling
Sir Hayes is currently only available to ship within the United States. Orders will be shipped within 3 business days via UPS. If you need your merchandise sooner, please feel free to contact us via email and we will work to accommodate your needs.

Fulfillment
If any item in your order has become unavailable we will contact you within 24 hours via email. We cannot guarantee availability of all items. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Return Policy
If you are unhappy with your merchandise for any reason, we will accept returns. All items must be unworn, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. All hang tags must be attached. All items must be returned within 14 days of shipping date. After 14 days, there will be a 50% restocking fee. Shipping and handling on returned items is non-refundable. All returns must be shipped prepaid, insured and wrapped securely. Once we have received the item(s), we will credit your credit card and notify you via email.

Sir Hayes has made every effort possible to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our web site. Since the actual colors you see will depend on your computer monitor, we can not guarantee that your monitor display of any color or texture or detail of the actual product will be accurate.
